Stewardship Strategies for Your Congregation

In a week-end workshop format, various strategies for enhancing the stewardship level of small/rural congregations and their members will be explored centering on stewardship education and stewardship programs which are appropriate to the small church.

Instructor:  Ed Taylor,  Ed Taylor is pastor of First Christian Church in Gibson City, IL.  Ed has earned a B.S. from Western Illinois University, M.Div. from Lexington Theological Seminary and a D.Min. from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.

He has previously served as a pastor in Nebraska and Iowa, director of stewardship with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), and executive director of the Ecumenical Stewardship Center.  Ed has a passion for stewardship issues of land, economy and community.
